Founded in 1934, Hooverville Elementary School provides learning experiences for students in kindergarten through grade six. It offers educational classes in reading, math, writing and physical education. The school employs a work force of doctors, professional musicians, dancers, technology facilitators, biologists and teachers. Its facility features a computer laboratory, multipurpose room, media center, health suite and more than 15 classrooms. Hooverville Elementary School operates a library that stocks an inventory of over 14,000 books. It also conducts Spanish classes. The school also assists in the development of communication skills.
