St. John Greek Orthodox Church is a warm, welcoming religious community. It has a variety of ways to become involved, with programs such as a senior group, women's group, Bible study, adult retreats, Greek dance group and youth groups. The church hosts a Greek Festival each year in November and runs a day school.
Saint George Coptic Orthodox Church of Tampa is part of the Coptic Orthodox Diocese of the Southern United States. The church in Tampa is currently led by Fr. Angelos Habib Boghdadi and Fr. Moussa T. Salah. Fr. Boghdadi was ordained in 1973 and Fr. Salah in 1997.
The church offers sermons and classes in English and Arabic. There is an active choir made up of children and adults.
