Fareesa G. Khan, MD, has extensive experience in urogynecology and is pleased to share her expertise with women at the Center for Urogynecology and Pelvic Reconstructive Surgery in St. Louis.  She’s a native of the area and attended the University of Missouri-Kansas City for both her undergraduate degree and medical school. She also completed her residency at the university’s teaching hospital, Truman Medical Center. Dr. Khan completed her fellowship in female pelvic medicine and reconstructive pelvic surgery at Loyola University in Chicago. She returned to St. Louis afterward, joining the faculty at Washington University School of Medicine in the department of obstetrics and gynecology as an assistant professor of urogynecology. She is board certified in both obstetrics/gynecology and female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery commonly known as urogynecology. She’s affiliated with several hospitals in the area, including DePaul Health Center, Missouri Baptist, Mercy Hospital South, Mercy St. Louis Medical Center, St. Clare’s and St. Luke’s Hospital. Dr. Khan lives in St. Louis with her husband, two daughters, and son.
