Hammer Residences is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering adults and children with developmental disabilities. The organization's programs are aimed at supporting and equipping members of the community with the tools, skills and resources necessary for productive and independent living. Services include case management, housing, in-home care, job placement and support planning. Experienced staff members work closely with individuals and families to develop individualized plans. The organization's home and apartment housing program has several arrangements at locations throughout the western Twin Cities suburbs.
