The Lynn Academy of Irish Dance offers traditional Irish Dance lessons with a modern focus on youth fitness. The Stamford branch of the chain features a cozy studio located on the second floor. Since 1989, Wilton Dance Studio has been offering dance classes for beginning, intermediate and advanced dancers of all ages. Classes in ballet, point, jazz, tap, ballroom dancing, modern and hip-hop are given by a staff of professional dancers, as well as karate and Tai Chi. "Fancy Dancy Feet" classes are for 3- to 7-year olds. Allegra has three large dance studios.

Grande Ballroom of Greenwich provides private dance lessons, group classes, competitive dance, classes for seniors and more. The school offers a number of different dance styles at different practice levels, including introductory, beginner, intermediate and high-level classes.
