Located in Memphis, Tenn., it is a division of Mercury Printing, one of the leading commercial printers. Both companies are part of Consolidated Graphics, the largest sheet-fed printing company in the United States. Wimmer Cookbooks provides different categories of books on sale such as cuisine, ethnic food, health food, holiday and inspirational. Many titles published fall into the nationally recognized category of Community Cookbooks and are honored with numerous McIlhenney Tabasco Community Cookbook Awards.
