Clallam County Prosecuting Attorneys Office represents you, the people, in the criminal justice system in Washington. Our mission is to serve the public by protecting the personal rights of the people of Clallam County to life, liberty and security by holding criminals accountable for unlawful violations of those rights.We serve the public by carrying out our statutory duties to provide legal services and related functions in a manner that reflects a commitment to excellence and consciousness of the public trust that has been bestowed upon us.We are the advocates for the state and for the people of Clallam County. To perform this function effectively, we have three primary obligations:To seek a fair judicial process to reduce crime and protect the public safety by holding criminals accountable for their conduct ;To assist victims and witnesses by treating them with compassion and respect and vigorously upholding their rights and minimizing the inconvenience and hardship associated with the crime ;

King County District Court's Northeast Division handles court services for the cities of Redmond, Carnation, Duvall, Skykomish and Woodinville. The division processes approximately 38,000 cases each year and also accepts passport applications. The Thurston County Courthouse features the county clerk s office and district, drug, mental health and superior courts. It also houses a juvenile court that provides legal intervention services for youth up to 18 years of age, as well as offers court, probation and detention services for the citizens of Thurston County in Washington. The courthouse provides various civil programs that include regular school attendance, counseling, and substance abuse and mental health outpatient treatment. The Thurston County Courthouse s district court hears criminal, civil, infraction and miscellaneous cases. Its mental health court monitors and supports mentally ill offenders. The courthouse offers a drug treatment program for drug and property felony offenders.
