The Stanford News Service is the media relations department for Stanford University and serves as the liaison between media organizations and Stanford's faculty, scholars and researchers. The site also provides general facts and information about the university. A complete archive of stories dating back to 1997 is also available on the site.
The News Service originally produced a paper News Report but has since shited to online-only publication. Interested parties may receive daily email newsletters.
Stanford Academy offers after-school tutoring and enrichment courses for students throughout the Los Angeles area. This establishment specializes in tutoring for students through eighth grade, as well as one-on-one tutoring for elementary, middle and high school students.
