Founded in 1906, John Grant Crabbe Library is a part of the Eastern Kentucky University. The library preserves manuscripts, institutional records, diaries, genealogical records, photographs, tapes, films, maps, electronic records and memorabilia that document s the history and literature of Kentucky. It has a collection of more than 830,000 books. In addition to books and periodicals, the library offers a range of services for adults and children. It conducts computer classes in Microsoft Word, Access, Excel, Publisher and PowerPoint for children, youths, teenagers and adult s. John Grant Crabbe Library is located in Richmond, Ky.
