Need a place for your special event? The Omaha Police Officers Associations Hall is conveniently located North of 132nd and Center Street at 13445 Cryer Avenue and is the perfect location for hosting any type of event. For business meetings and seminars, wedding, birthday and anniversary parties, as well as retirement and graduation celebrations, the OPOAs Cryer and Buffalo Halls can accommodate most any gathering. The hall comfortably seats 300 plus patrons.

Unlike other halls which require you to select a specific catering service or limit your menu, you can bring in your own food and beverages to your event. There is ample space both in the parking lot and on the dance floor to guarantee a good time is had by all. The hall has a kitchen, plenty of tables and chairs, as well as a podium and microphones and a large screen TV.

Founded in 2006, the Autism Center of Nebraska, also known as ACH is a nonprofit organization that serves individuals who suffer from autism and pervasive developmental disorders. It offers rehabilitation, transportation, and day and respite care services. The center conducts seminars on topics related to financial management, health care, therapy options and diagnosis procedures. It also provides vocational training in the areas of craftsmanship, pottery making and plant care. ACH offers the Applied Behavior Analysis therapy for the development of social, motor and reasoning skills. It also provides communication, recreational and independent living skill development programs. The center offers an early intervention program for children between the ages of 2 and 9.

Sounds are automatically analyzed by a tiny micro-chip and enhanced as programmed, all automatically, including loud sound compression and soft voice speech expansion. Completely in the ear instruments are available as well as larger traditional sizes. Prices range: $995.00 to $2550.00 each.

Digital Hearing Instruments - Analog Controls
State of the art digital sound processing for excellent word discrimination. Volume is controlled by a rotary volume wheel. Tone control is adjustable to suit individual patient needs. Loud sound compression is included to keep loud sounds comfortable. Prices range $595.00 to $995.00 each.

Advanced Hearing Instruments
Advanced analog circuitry, available with automatic compression of uncomfortable sounds as well as K-Amp circuitry to help manage background sounds in patients with near normal lower pitched hearing. Prices begin at $899.00 each.

Linear Hearing Instruments
Analog circuitry is available for basic hearing requirements with the ability to manage individual hearing needs and requirements with analog tone controls. Higher power circuitry is available for most in the ear models. Prices begin at $699.00 each.

Established in 1974, NorthStar Services was formerly known as Region IV Office of Developmental Disabilities. Currently, it is an agency that provides a range of services to people with developmental disabilities throughout the northeast regions of Nebraska. The agency supports people in a variety of areas, such as finances, personal care, living arrangements, home management, health and retirement.
