UCP of Reston is an ecumenical church uniting in ministry four denominations: Christian Church, Church of Christ, Presbyterian Church and United Methodist Church.
Since its founding in 1973, UCP members has had an active membership and community. The church has many programs for all ages, as well as a preschool on the property.
Christ House provides food, emergency-assistance shelter and support to men and women in need. Volunteers act as job mentors to help the homeless find employment. The organization also serves meals and manages a thrift shop.
