The City of Corpus Christi Engineering Services Department provides a variety of services, such as construction inspection, material testing and certification and the auditing of public works construction contract. It administers the Residential Traffic Management Program (RTMP), which provides a process for identifying and addressing problems related to speeding and cut-through traffic on residential streets.
