Hudson's U.S. Post Office is on Heggen Street just south of Interstate 94. The facility offers a drive-thru lane for those just visiting the post office to drop envelopes into a mailbox and ample parking available in front of the building. Inside the facility, there are several customer service counters and two walls covered with P.O. boxes available for rent.

Fire Station #1 is located at 1601 Underwood Ave., #2 is located at 4187 N. Mayfair Rd. and #3 is located at 10525 Watertown Plank Rd. The Underwood Ave. headquarters station houses the department's administrative services.
