RECHECK handles all types of delinquent accounts including consumer, commercial, medical, professional account receivables, NSF checks and payday loan accounts. RECHECK currently serves clients throughout Kansas and the Midwest region. As a practicing licensed attorney, Mr. Kahrs has over fifteen years experience in collection law. He is President and CEO of Kahrs Law Offices, P.A and formerly served as the President of the Wichita Credit Attorneys Association. In addition, he is an active member of the Kansas Credit Attorneys Association and a lecturer on Collection law. We are committed to collect our clients accounts in a timely, professional and courteous manner, while working to preserve a positive relationship between our clients and their customers.
