The Paulding Site is one of the newest campuses of Georgia Highlands College, which has served northwest Georgia and northeast Alabama since 1970, previously under the name Floyd Junior College. The two-year college has six sites in northwest Georgia. This site is in the building known as the George T. Bagby Building and houses administrative offices, an online library, one laboratory for biology and geology courses, two large classrooms and two computer labs.
Holy Spirit Prepatory School offers a Catholic education, including four years of Latin supplanted by classical Greek. It is located on the Holy Spirit Catholic Church campus. The school also includes a preschool at Holy Spirit and a kindergarten through 6th grade school at 4820 Long Island Drive.
The Roswell campus of Strayer University is located off Mansell Road, in the office parks at the corner of Warsaw Road. This local branch of the nationwide commuter school offers programs in accounting, business, criminal justice, education, general studies, health-services administration, human-resource management, information systems and public administration. It also grants several degree types, including graduate certificates, associate, bachelor's and master's.
Strayer University's Douglasville Campus is conveniently located near the Chapel Hill Road Exit on I-20. Undergraduate and graduate programs are available in high-demand fields such as accounting, business, education, health services administration, information systems and public administration are available at the Douglasville campus.
