We have plenty of beautiful tent sites available, too!The Elkhart County KOA is a comfortable retreat from day-to-day pressures, centrally located near the home of the RV Industry and one of the nations largest Amish communities. Enjoy the simple and quiet life of the Amish here in northern Indiana, visiting the local towns of Shipshewana and Middlebury, where the clip-clop of the horses hooves will bring back a feel of simple living. Experience the Shipshewana Flea Market, home of nearly 900 vendors, held Tuesdays and Wednesdays every week from May through October. Our KOA offers shuttle service to the Flea Market for a small fee (5/15-9/15), so take advantage of this convenience and save your fuel and energy for the Flea Market itself.  You can also enjoy a self-guided CD tour of the Amish Heritage Trail provided by the local county visitors center, along with a map of the area. This is a great way for you to leisurely enjoy the area at your own pace.Elkhart County is also the "RV Capitol of the World"! You can enjoy the area by stopping at your favorite manufacturer for a tour of their plant. In addition, the RV/MH Hall of Fame is located 11 miles from our campground (we offer shuttle service to the RV Hall of Fame pending availability of the shuttle van). We have many guests stay with us while they are having warranty work done on their RVs, turning a chore into a vacation!Our KOA has much to offer, whether you come to visit the Amish, the RV Capitol, or just overnight. With so much to see and do, you could easily spend a week or two and never run out of things to experience! Find some yourself at Antique Alley, a 33-mile stretch with more than 900 dealers.
