Dr Marta Dean has over 20 years of experience in the general care, medicine, surgery, and dentistry of dogs, cats, and exotics such as birds, reptiles, rabbits, guinea pigs, rats, ferrets and more. She can provide routine and emergency care, hospitalization and diagnostics for many species, including vaccinations tailored to your dog or cats individual lifestyle.Laporte Animal Clinic also has special programs for your senior dog and cat friends. Dr. Andrew Dean is knowledgeable in equine lameness, medicine and dentistry and can provide therapeutic and physiologic maintenance horseshoing and trimming as well. He has hand and motorized dental tools to deal with the most difficult of equine dental cases. Dr. Dean can also provide routine veterinary care such as Coggins test, Health certificates and vaccine packages tailored to your horses needed. He treats emergencies such as lacerations and colics. He has worked as an equine veterinarian more than 20 years, and as a farrier for 30 years.
