Ugo DiMare opened this award-winning bakery in 1976. Today, his children and grandchildren are involved. The theme is traditional Italian and it makes everything from basic biscotti to elaborate wedding cakes. DiMare Pastry Shop is located in the Riverside Commons, near the A&P.
