Park Place Billiards Club is a family-run pool hall that has been welcoming locals and traveling pool players since 1991. The club has 13 pool tables and an on-site pool cue repairman. This is a European-style indoor Grand Prix go-kart racing venue that will shock you as soon as you walk through the door. Complete with plush leather carpets and a really cool decor, there just happens to be a full racing track, which looks like loads of fun.
This 40,000-square-foot facility is awesome, with games and racing on flat screen monitors posted around to give it that Grand Prix feeling. The staff is fun and the action is fast as people zoom around the track with the intensity that says Grand Prix. A 5,000-foot viewing area is there to watch both Adult and Junior Karts zip around the track, which just happens to be a quarter mile in length.

The American Federation of Musicians, or AFM, is a labor and trade union of professional musicians and artists established in 1896 to help represent performing musicians in finding work and in collective bargaining efforts with recording companies, performance venues, and other avenues of the profession. The AFM also is involved extensively in protecting ownership of recorded music, securing benefits such as health care and pension for working musicians, as well as lobbying our legislators and more. This particular outpost of the AFM upholds many of these principals and purposes of the national organization, and also helps local musicians find paying gigs and network throughout the local music community. It is located in the same building as Central Music and Granny's Auction House, right off of Ulmerton Road in Clearwater.
