Flint Hill Farms is an agricultural education facility located on a 28-acre area of land. It offers courses in horsemanship, spinning, weaving, knitting, and training for horse power on small farms. During occasional open houses, it hosts demonstrations, tours, and hayrides. A farm camp is available for kids age 7 through 15 years to join in July and August. Vocational programs are also available for teen and young adults with physical and mental challenges.
Beckett & Associates Veterinary Services provides comprehensive veterinary care for companion animals as well as horses, sheep, goats and cattle. Its staff of two full-time and one part-time veterinarians provides traditional treatments as well as acupuncture and chiropractic treatments.
