Founded in 1961, PossAbilities of Southern Minnesota is a nonprofit agency that offers support services for individuals with developmental disabilities. The agency provides work and social opportunities, career planning and job coaching services. It organizes individualized life planning, skills development, in-home support, adult day care, and Alzheimers and dementia programs for senior citizens. PossAbilities of Southern Minnesota provides after-school programs for children. The agency offers the custodial and employer of record services.
