It has common areas for meals, activities and celebrations. Grace House II serves more than 30 people and provides a range of hospice care and medical services. In addition, the community offers individualized support solutions. It is a part of Clare Housing, which caters to the social and psychological needs of senior citizens through various facilities. The parent organization develops, evaluates and updates personal care plans. It also operates Damiano House.
