Willie Ross School for the Deaf is one of the leading schools for hearing-impaired students in the United States. It was founded in 1967 by parents who sought innovative and contemporary programs for their children. It offers a range of academic subjects to students. Willie Ross School for the Deaf also provides early intervention services to infants through universal newborn screening programs sponsored by birthing centers and hospitals.
