Waterford Street School is a part of Gardener Public Schools, which operates several elementary, middle and high schools. Established in 1953, Waterford Street School serves more than 500 students in prekindergarten through grade two. Its staff includes classroom and resource teachers, paraprofessionals, specialists, Title I instructors, secretaries and custodial personnel. The school offers a range of general academic programs in math and language arts. In addition, Waterford Street School supports a variety of extracurricular programs in art, music and physical education. It also offers the English as a Second Language program.
