Established in 1952, WARE, previously known as Ivan Ware & Son, is a residential air conditioning and heating company. It offers a range of boilers and chillers on rental basis. The company provides project supervision, control system modernization, on-site valve repair and code welding services. WARE operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Its hot water boilers are used in hospitals, schools and universities, government facilities, hotels and motels. The company has undertaken projects for Mead Paper Corporation, Union Camp Corporation, Zussman Village and West Virginia University. WARE has partnerships with York-Shipley Global, Divison of AESYS Technologies, Superior Boilers, Fulton, Victory Energy and Vapor Power and Miura. Its parts department is equipped with more than 10,000 boiler, chiller and burner parts.
