Tiaya Lang, CRNP is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner and licensed with the Alabama Board of Nursing. Tiaya is a Susan Moore, AL native. She received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Troy University in December of 2010. She worked for several years as a travel ICU nurse.
