The Housing Authority of St. Mary_x0019_s County, Maryland (HASMC) is an independent, non-profit private entity created to address the need for low-income housing in St. Mary_x0019_s County, Maryland. Our goal is to improve communities; optimizing & preserve affordable homeownership & rental housing combined with reducing household_x0019_s energy costs. The work of HASMC enhances the lives of people in our community. Its programs contribute to the renewal of community life and the social and economic health of St. Marys County.
