The simple Tables for2 storefront window only gives the slightest hint of what this restaurant looks and feels like once you step through the door. Inside, the eatery has the feel of an indoorEuropeancafe, with flowers on each small table, brick work on the walls, wrought iron handrails and a bakery case full of Italian pastries. And, don't be fooled: the cafe has tables for parties larger than two. The cafe is open for breakfast and lunch, and featuresan assortment of specialty coffee drinks, desserts and paninis, its signature menu item. The owners opened Tables for2 after receiving inspiration from New York City's "Little Italy." The cafe's slogan is "The best Italian specialties this side of the Hudson."
