Media Little League is a non-profit organization dedicated to reaching out and serving the local community through baseball. It has five little leagues: Major, American, National, Continental and T-Ball. Media accepts anyone ages 5 to 12 and will not turn anyone away due to financial hardships. It is located right by Springton Lake Middle School.
The Jewish Community Center is a gym and sports facility as well as a community gathering facility with programs for all ages. Their state-of-the-art facility has a full gymnasium for basketball, volleyball and other games, an indoor pool, cardio and strength training facilities and locker rooms. For over 10 years, the Valley Youth Center has been serving the kids (old and young) of Huntingdon Valley with a place to gather with friends, to learn, grow and enjoy. There are many service opportunities for kids in grades 7-12 as well. The center has a gym, a lounge with free wi-fi and arcade games, a food and beverage center, and a big screen TV.
