We are a YogaFit studio. Our classes are conducted in the Vinyasa Flow style. We offer Basic classes, Multi-Level classes, and Flex and Flow classes. YogaFit originated in California and has recently migrated to the eastern United States. Our classes are conducted in a comfortably warm studio with a mixture of calming yet invigorating music and dim lighting. Our goal is to bring the experience of yoga to anyone and everybody. We invite you to try one of our classes free of charge.
Part of a nationwide chain of gyms, this LA Fitness has convenient daily operating hours. It features cardio equipment and weights, racquetball and basketball courts, a swimming pool, kids' club and juice bar. Classes are offered for individuals of all fitness abilities.
Aim High Studio offers spinning, hot yoga, and TRX in a small group setting. Nutrition, massage and Personal Training services are offered in small group and private sessions. We strive to serve our community through all levels fitness classes, workshops and private sessions. We are active contributors to many local charitable organizations and groups.
