The American Association of Yoga in Daily Life is a non-profit organization headed by the guidance of Paramhans Swami Maheshwarananda, a yoga master from India known as Swamiji. He teaches yoga to alleviate stress and anxiety and to raise money for charitable initiatives in India and the United States. Yoga In Daily Life holds yoga classes for individuals of all skill levels and also hosts meditation sessions.
