Avon Wine Shop is a quaint, local wine shop, located on the south side of Lake Road, that offers an assortment of local, American and foreign wines and specialty beers. The store also sells sodas and snacks, and there is a Ohio Lottery ticket agent on the premises. A beautiful one-of-a-kind stone patio on the west side of the shop allows customers to enjoy their purchases in a unique setting.
Larry's Avon Lake Carry Out & Liquor Agency is a convenience store offering beer, domestic and international wines, soda, spirits, snacks and tobacco products. The store is organized well with large signs hanging above the shelves clearly marking different categories, such as vodka, bourbon, etc. All of the Ohio State Lottery games are available here as well. Larry's is somewhat hidden behind the Tailgators Sports Pub and the SkatePark; you'll find it in the back of the shopping plaza next to Pizzacutter. Hard liquor sales are cash or debit card only.
