Matheson Tri-Gas also offers a broad line of technologies for the delivery and purification of process and specialty gases. The company provides everything from on-site air separation plants to portable cylinders. Matheson Tri-Gas serves the analytical, industrial and semiconductor industries. Matheson Tri-Gas is a subsidiary of Nippon Sanso Corporation, based in Tokyo. It has specialty gas production facilities and service center located throughout the United States, including one in Houston.
