Dr. Curtis was a Captain in the Army National Guard, as a Black Hawk helicopter pilot for twenty years. He served a tour in Iraq, winning medals for valor and meritorious service. Dr. Curtis grew up in St. Tammany Parish and returned here to practice close to his family.
