We are a company of appliance professionals that have been in this business for over 15 years. We are authorized to work on all Refrigerators, Washer, Dryers, Ovens and Dishwashers. We service Whirlpool, GE, Maytag, Kitchen Aid, Sub Zero, Viking, Dacor, Electrolux, LG and Samsung. We use only genuine manufacturer approved parts and provide a 5 year warranty. Have you ever had a service scheduled and no ones showed up? Thats not us! Have you ever had the runaround given them the money and the tech "forgot" to come back days later? Thats not us! Have you ever been charged unknown amount for a job that was never completed? Thats not us! Have you even had other "technicians" who do not even know how to diagnose your appliance? Thats not us! Have they called you with lame excuses why they cannot repair your appliance? Thats not us! WE are strictly Service and Repair. We hope we are what you are looking for! We are also customers, and we do not like to be treated as just another number or a appointment. We spoke to our customers and know how other companies work, and we realized that other technicians and companies just try to mickey mouse the repair and never complete it. As a licensed and bonded field engineers, we undergo a training from all domestic manufacturers every 4 months. How the service works: For $45 we will come out and diagnose the problem with your appliance. We will provide you with a written estimate and a break down for parts and labor. We also will explain why they unit has failed and how (if possible) you can prevent that. If we replace a part we stand behind our quality of work, we will replace that part if it fails again within 5 years. As long as that part is still available we will replace it and you pay only for the labor. If you agree to the repair estimate you do not have to pay the diagnostic fee and we can complete the repair 85% the same day. In the rare occasions when we have to order parts will order them for you and come back a second time to install them at your convenience. We do not charge extra for that the repair cost remains the same. We do not charge extra for weekends, or holidays.
