Montgomery Adult School provides English language acquisition, literacy, and adult secondary and vocational education through a variety of life-enriching skill programs and opportunities. It offers Head Start and Early Head Start programs that encourage parents to nurture their children. The school s community-based English tutoring program provides English language instruction, child care services, books, dictionaries and snacks to participating students. It additionally conducts professional development workshops in the areas of instructional strategies, technology and personal development for instructors who wish to enhance their teaching skills. Montgomery Adult School is administered by the Sweetwater Union High School District and is located in San Diego.
