Rather, we feel that the attention and training of our employees needs to be focused on service to our customers.
The product can sell itself based on its superior design and engineering. Our customers are what set us apart from the rest. If they are happy with the service they receive, they will continue to return. That is why we have become the largest Rainbow parts and service company in the world.
Our technicians receive monthly training on every aspect of every Rainbow model dating back to the 1950s. We keep up with factory bulletins and updates to be sure that every repair we do—from the main unit to the power nozzle—will utilize the latest and most updated technology before we return the machine to the customer.
