Hidden off Wischonsin Avenue is an opportunity shop, a nonprofit thrift store sponsored by St. John's Episcopal Church. The staff is full of volunteers, some of whom are students who may earn credit for their work through the Montgomery school system. Many of the items here include vintage furnishings, clothes and shoes, jewelry and accessories -- all of which were donated by individuals and charitable organizations.
