Established in 1994, TLK Academy is a privately owned and independent educational school that provides program for children ranging from infants up to 14 years. Located in Middletown, Del., its curriculum includes literacy and language development; creative arts, science, social studies, emotional development, math and physical health; Spanish and sign language. The school provides play based activities besides including problem solving, respect and compassion as part of its program. TLK Academy uses the Houghton Miffin leveled reading program and is a member of Delaware Stars for Early Success.
