This allows POTHOS to maintain unsurpassed value, dependability and service while providing our clients with hip, exciting and stimulating choices that fit a variety of travel needs. President & CEO, Michael Patton is a 25+ year veteran of hospitality and travel services and has been designated CMM ( Certification in Meeting Management ), which places him in the top 600 meeting and travel professionals in the world! He has operated a Corporate Planning and Travel Department for Maritz, Inc for several years prior to starting POTHOS. Michael has selected a small, very experienced team that feels as passionate as he does about providing the experience to our customers. Combined, the team speaks 7 languages, has been to more than 42 countries on 6 continents. POTHOS business mix includes State and Federal Government projects, exclusive VIP clients and corporate business. We do not plan to become a "mega" agency. We will stay the course to our plan and our positioning as a boutique agency, creating an industry standard for service. POTHOS holds a certificate of financial competency from the United States Small Business Administration. The mission of POTHOS is to become acclaimed and recognized by Fortune 500 in the United States for International meeting, event and travel planning. POTHOS is dedicated to being known for our familiarity with destinations, our International strategic partnerships, our experiential approach and the ability to advise corporations in conducting business in other cultures.
