With street cutouts, it is convenient to drop off or pick up, but there are no automobile parking spaces. There are 22 bicycle parking spaces. The station is clean and well-lit, and service is predictable, if a little scant. The station is a stop for the #48 bus route which travels to the South Street monument and down Centre Street, the popular Jamaica Plain restaurant and retail destination.
