The first Togo's opened in 1968 near California's San Jose State University, serving simple, size-able sandwiches. Today, the same freshly prepared subs are ordered at the counter where diners choose their bread and toppings. Cold options include the signature avocado and turkey with all-white breast meat, and the Italian with salami, capicolla, mortadella, provolone and cotto. Popular hot subs include the pastrami, piled high with mustard. Veggie sandwiches, soups and salads round out the menu.  From the catering menu, you can order box lunches and sandwiches up to eight feet long. This Togo's location has an adjoining Baskin Robbins so you can get your sweet fix after your meal.
