CollegePrepExpress offers test-prep services for students who want to get into top high schools, colleges and graduate schools. In-person tutoring, classes (15 students maximum) and online classes are available, as are study groups and phone and video tutoring. Prep services include study skills, ACT, SAT and PSAT tests and test-anxiety workshops. CollegePrepExpress also offers editing services for application essays, cover letters, resumes and applications.
Kaplan Test Prep and Admissions is currently located in a second floor suite right in the heart of West Hartford Center's main business district. Although they have eventual plans to close this facility, Kaplan will retain its presence in West Hartford by teaching classes in the high schools and other rented spaces. Kaplan specializes in test preparation classes for high school, college, graduate and professional school admissions, as well as prep classes for nursing and other health science licensing, bar exam review and other certification exams.
