Wilton Sport & Fitness is a 17,000 square foot gym and community center that offers programs for kids and adults. The fitness club features Cybex cardio equipment and also offers personal training. Programs offered include baseball, field hockey, soccer, gymnastics, spinning, yoga, Pilates, and Zumba.
