Paddle Tennis Courts-Public in Fairfax, Virginia

While fairly substantial, Popes Head Park is mostly inacessible woods (unless bushwhacking is your thing), teeming with deer. These woods do make a scenic backdrop for the soccer fields and expansive nearby general-use playing fields and tennis courts (the soccer fields are at the end of Revercomb Court; the tennis courts and general-use pitches are on Quiet Brook Road). There is a marked, though overgrown, public walking and horseback riding trail through the woods. The area as a whole is wooded and semi-rural, with nice back roads for a jog or bicycle ride.
