Large and fun describe the experience offered by the Baldwin Borough Swimming Pool, located in the expansive Baldwin Borough Municipal Complex. The pool, with an impressive deep end that serves as the drop-off point for a tall tube slide, is the perfect place to catch rays or cut loose during warm months. The pool space comes complete with a children's wading area, concessions stand and of course, plenty of green grass to stretch out on. The grassy areas also contain overhead sprinklers to run under. The pool is typically open from May to September and is available to both residents and non-residents of the borough, though the required passes are cheaper for Baldwin folks. The pool also hosts some classes, such as swim lessons, and is available for private parties. The overall Baldwin Borough Municipal Complex holds the borough's police department, main administrative offices and more outdoor recreational space.
Moore Park contains an Olympic size pool, a splash pool and fountain, three tennis courts, two ballfields, a basketball court, a wiffleball court and a rec center.
Bower Hill Swim Club is a family-oriented pool located in Scott Township. The private site includes the main pool, baby pool, large lounge area, snack bar, changing rooms and sand volleyball. During the summer, it offers activities and events for adults and children and sponsors a swim team for ages six to 17.
The Brook Park Swim Club is a private neighborhood swim club with many advantages over the bigger public swim clubs. As a privately run organization it relies on volunteers. It offers lessons and swim teams compete in meets. There's also a concession stand selling snacks.
