Wings Over Amherst is a restaurant that was founded in 1998. Its story began at the University of Massachusetts when Patrick Daly and Harold Tramazzo started delivering food to the college students. The restaurant now serves a variety of chicken dishes, St. Louis-style ribs in various flavors, fried and broiled chicken sandwiches, wraps and hamburgers. It specializes in boneless wings that are available in different flavors, such as jet fuel, garlic Parmesan, lemon pepper, honey lime and teriyaki. The restaurant also offers a range of side items, including crispy fries, real onion rings and beverages. With one of its locations in Amherst, Mass., Wings Over Amherst operates more than 20 outlets in Connecticut, Pennsylvania, New York, Florida, Michigan, Ohio and North Carolina.
