Our clubhouse features a 24/7 fitness center, billiards and a lounge space with flat-screen TV. Charcoal grills are scattered throughout common areas for our residents’ use, as are bike racks. There’s also a propane grill underneath the pavilion for residents and their invited guests. Inside our 4 bedroom/4 bathroom apartments, you choose your view! Each feature 2 different common area flooring options (hardwood vinyl or carpet) and 2 different kitchen layout options (u-shape or galley). Any combination will feature a full stainless steel appliance line-up (refrigerator, dishwasher, range with a self-cleaning oven, and microwave) and custom kitchen cabinetry. A cable package via Comcast Xfinity and internet via High Speed Link are included in the monthly rent, as well as trash/recycling collection from the onsite dumpsters. Our furniture package is also built into your monthly rent - both bedroom furniture (a queen-sized bed, nightstand, desk, dresser) and common area furniture (5-piece dining table set, 3-piece coffee table set, couch, oversized chair and entertainment stand) complete the space.
