The Utah Department of Transportation s Region Three office provides jurisdiction services in Juab, Utah, Wastach, Duchesne, Uintah and Daggett counties in central Utah. The Region Three office maintains a staff of more than 200 employees that serves rural and urban communities. Its division offers snow removal and crack sealing services. The office also specializes in maintaining shoulders and drainage systems. The Region Three office repairs road damages and provides cleanup solutions for hazardous waste spills. In addition, it installs and repairs traffic signs and reflector posts on state highways and administers the Adopt-a-Highway Program.
