ATS Institute of Technology is a nursing school located in Highland Heights just west of I-271. The Mayfield Village Racquet Club is located on Beta Drive in Mayfield. This large sports complex features 12 indoor tennis courts. Tennis and squash lessons are also available. The club provides a large lobby area and a pro shop, as well as public restrooms and vending machines.

The University Heights Pool is located inside Purvis Park in University Heights. The pool boasts a 30-foot high water slide, swim lanes, two diving boards and a baby area. The whole pool is about 10,300 square feet. Through the University Heights recreation department, swim teams and swimming lessons are available among other programs. The pool is open Memorial Day through Labor Day.
1st Choice Driving School offers classes to teach people of all ages how to drive and comes with in-car training so students can earn their driver's license. The course consists of six evening classes dealing with material from the BMV, as well as extra necessary facts about driving.
